Custom clothing orders can be placed online or by phone.

To place an order, you will need to provide your measurements and the desired fabric and style.

Once your order is placed, we will begin working on it immediately.

The turnaround time for custom clothing is 4-8 weeks.

We offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.

Rush fees may be available depending on current workload.

Refund Policy

Custom clothing cannot be returned.

We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we're happy to work with you to make things right. If you're not happy with your custom clothing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We'll be happy to offer you a store credit or a replacement item.

We can't offer refunds for custom clothing because each item is made to order. Once we start working on your order, we can't reuse the materials or labor.
